We are all in this together.

These are trying times throughout the world. We are now faced with a “new normal”. Our personal and professional lives have dramatically changed. Please remember that we are all in this together! In times of uncertainty, we must remind ourselves that there are brighter days ahead. We are all tougher than we think, and we will come out of this stronger than before. Although we are unable to meet in person, we are still able to stay connected.

Earlier this year, we introduced a Members Group on Facebook. Little did we know it would serve as a truly virtual community when we need it the most. Joining the group is easy! Visit www.facebook.com/maccny or search “Metropolitan Air Conditioning Contractors of New York” on Facebook. Be sure to like the page then click on Groups, which can be found on the left side bar. Click “Join Group” and fill the few questions, which confirm that you are a member of MACC. Once accepted, please take a look at what has already been posted, as well as post any topic that you need advice on or just want to alert other members to. I am excited to see this group be put to good use by our members!

We have also created a short survey to find out how our members and the industry are coping with this situation. I invite you to visit our website (www.maccny.org) to take this survey and share your experiences.

In conclusion, hang in there, stay healthy, stay strong, and stay positive because we will get through this!
