Why Compressors Fail Class Outline.

This course is a dive into the root causes of compressor failure.  We understand that replacing the compressor should only be step one and cover in depth the mechanical causes which lead to compressor failure. Showing examples of what the different failures would look like in the failed compressors.  Technicians are taught how to assess the failure modes and for what to look for once the compressor is brought back up online.  There are two classroom portions to this class covering mechanical and electrical issues along with hands on teardown of compressors that have failed so students can see firsthand what the failures look like.

Technicians are required to bring their own tools for the dis assembly portion of the class.
Technicians should also have their multi meter with them for some of the electrical checks.
