I would like to encourage everyone to spread the word about our 2020 Scholarship Program! The goal of this program it to help students, with interests in the Mechanical/HVAC Industry, attain a higher level of education. High School and College Students are eligible for the award. These students must be either the child or grandchild of a current MACC member, or the child or grandchild of an employee who is employed by a MACC member. Please visit our website to find out more about eligibility and requirements, as well as to download the application! 

MACC will be hosting an Islanders Game at the Nassau Coliseum. The night was graciously sponsored by Carrier, Sid Harvey and USI Insurance Services. The sold-out event will bring fun and many laughs to start the new year! Attendees enjoyed a VIP access to the Grant Thornton Lounge and a complimentary Islanders scarf. Thank you to everyone who attended and for those who weren’t able to get tickets, not to worry, there will be more events to come, check out our websites for upcoming events and information! 

As for our technical training workshops, for 2020, we will be holding workshops and the Electrical Training Center as well as at some of our MACC associate’s locations! Our first one on Troubleshooting Low Voltage Controls on HVAC Equipment was sold out! Our next one is the Carrier/Bryant Small and Medium Rooftop Class (TC-07) being held on March 19th from 8AM – 12PM. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spots today!
