Hello Members, 

As Summer comes to a close, I hope this message finds you all in high spirits and ready for the cooler months. There are big changes coming to the HVAC industry, and MACC is poised to provide guidance and education every step of the way. From navigating the intricacies of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act (AIM) to embracing the transition toward A2L refrigerants and beyond, along with understanding the evolving role of Private Equity in reshaping our landscape, we're committed to equipping our members with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive amidst these shifts.

I’d first like to thank ABCO + DAIKIN for sponsoring our annual Night at The Mets! The weather wasn't great the crowd's atmosphere was electric! The camaraderie, the cheers, and the METS win made it an unforgettable experience for everyone who attended. A huge thank you to all who joined us, making it such a memorable and well-attended event.

Our 45th Annual Golf Outing on August 12th was a great success. We had a fantastic day out on the greens and the weather was beautiful. I want to thank everyone who attended and participated. We can't wait until next year! 

Our next event is our September Membership meeting on, September 12th. And we are looking forward to our upcoming workshops to help build you business through marketing on September 10th and 17th! 

As we continue to forge ahead, let's embrace these opportunities for growth, connection, and learning. Together, we are shaping the future of our industry and laying the groundwork for success.
