    President of TA Mechanical Group
Robert Kroll is a graduate of Hofstra University where he transferred after attending NYIT. He rounds out his education in Computer Science and Engineering with master licenses in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Gas Fitting and is licensed to perform such work in several states. His certifications and affiliations with the USGBC, NATE, Carrier, Trane, American Standard, York, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, LG and many more give him the ability to design or consult on almost any project of any size.
Bob started his career as a part time helper while attending high school. Over the years, he progressed from helper to mechanic, manager, salesman, designer and eventually president of the company.  Bob purchased the company in 2006 and shortly after purchased a second company to assimilate into the Temp-Art brand.  In 2012, Bob found the perfect candidate to assist in the growth of the company and sold a portion of the company. Together, they purchased another company in 2014 in an effort to further expand the capabilities and client base.  In 2017, Temp-Art expanded with the formation of TA Mechanical Group, TA Commercial Services and On Time Ductwork sheet metal company. Bob treats business like a sport and truly enjoys the day to day excitement of business ownership.
    General Manager of Scaran HVAC
Tom Scarangello joined the family business Scaran Heating and Air Conditioning after graduating from Rutgers University and receiving an MBA in Finance from NYU.
Tom manages the finances of the company while his brother Frank Scarangello Jr. manages the technical side of the business.  Scaran was started as an ice and coal delivery company by Tom's grandfather, Vito Scarangello in 1930.  Tom's father, Frank Scarangello Sr. took the reigns after serving in WWII and diversified the company into the fuel delivery, heating service and eventually air conditioning service.  Tom and Frank have continued to diversify Scaran, which today specializes in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and energy services including the sale of fuel oil and natural gas.
